Custom Catan Box with Lid (Maple and Birch)

Description

This custom box measures 11 1/2 inches by 10 1/2 inches and is 4 1/2 inches in depth. The box has 2 pieces that fit together with a 1/4 inch lip to keep securely in place. The top features a custom design and fits snugly on top of the bottom piece, which has an unmovable divider that divides the interior into roughly 1/3 and 2/3 for better organization of pieces. The interior frame of the box is made of 1/4 inch baltic birch. It is framed by a 1/4 finished maple that reinforces the structure.

The custom box is designed to store the Catan-inspired wooden set that includes 18 hex-shaped number tokens, a 6-piece border set, a custom robber token, 9 harbor tokens, and 19 resource tiles.

Additionally, it is sized to also store the expanded set that includes the necessary pieces to accommodate the 5-6 player version of the game as well as special pieces. This includes 28 hex-shaped number tokens, 2 harbor tokens, a 4-piece border expansion, and 11 resource tiles. It is oversized to allow for additional pieces from the game such as resource cards, houses, roads, victory cards, etc.

The box can be upgraded to include your name or other 10-15 characters. Additionally, the bottom section can be lined with felt.

Also, please note that there are variances in the appearance of the wood that is reflective of the natural variances in wood.  Maple is pictured. However, can also be made of finished White Oak to match the oak set.  Please specify in your order notes if you prefer white oak.
